This week we have restocked our Scor-Pals. Scor-Pals are a scoring tool which allow you to create accurate and precise scores in your paper craft projects. Multiple scores are done in seconds! The Scor-Pal is perfect for card making, accordion folds, boxes and more.
We have restocked our Scor-Pals which are based on the imperial measurement system of inches. Now Scor-Pal has released the metric version which allows you to score in cms.

SCOR-PAL (inches) The slightly textured scoring surface is 12" x 12", with a raised fence at the top (ruler markings) and on the left and right side. This aligns your paper for perfect scoring. Grooves are across the board at different intervals. Besides the normal 1/2" and 1" intervals there are grooves at 2 1/8" for gate fold cards, at 4 1/4" for normal A2 cards, and at 3.666" and 7.333" for brochure folding (divides 11" paper into equal thirds) When you place your card stock on the scoring surface, you are able to do multiple scores without moving the paper. Grid cards, accordion folds, boxes etc are scored in seconds. The score lines result in crisp, accurate folds! At the 0 to 1" mark and 11" to 12" mark there are 1/8" markings. By proper paper placement this will allow you to score 1/8 " increments such as 1 7/8" The included scoring tool snaps into place at the top of the unit. It is always at hand. It has been specially designed to fit the grooves so the card stock can not be torn while scoring. Additional scoring tools can be ordered separately. Perfect tool for straight and diagonal line embossing on cards and scrapbook pages! |

SCOR-PAL (metric) The slightly textured scoring surface is 30 cm x 30 cm, with a raised fence at the top with Metric ruler markings. There are also markings at each cm down the left and right fence. Your paper is aligned for accurate straight scores, perfect each time. Most importantly it is designed to be used by left or right handed people. There are grooves at every cm across the board plus special grooves. There are grooves to fold an A5, A6, A7 and A8 card. There are grooves to fold a Gate-Fold A4 or A5 width. There are two grooves to divide an A4 length of paper into three for brochure folding. You are able to do multiple scores without moving the paper. Grid cards, accordion folds, boxes etc are scored in seconds. The score lines result in crisp, accurate folds! At the beginning of the board there are also grooves at .5 and 1.5 cm and at the other end, grooves also at 28.5 and 29.5 cm. Having four grooves, for example .5 cm, 1 cm, 1.5 cm and 2 cm close together allow for wonderful embossing techniques. The included scoring tool snaps into place at the top of the unit. It is always at hand. It has been specially designed to fit the grooves so the card stock can not be torn while scoring. It is a perfect tool for straight and diagonal line embossing on cards and scrapbook pages! |
