A NOTE ABOUT HOLDING ORDERS: We offer the ability to hold orders, so that you may place orders each time you see new product arrive in the store, but do not want to pay multiple shipping amounts. New stock arrives every week so holding orders can mean you get to purchase the latest and greatest each week but only pay one postage amount to have your combined orders shipped. You may also wish to combine orders with a friend to save postage but order using your own separate accounts.
If you want your orders held/combined: · On your first order — select flat rate postage. Include a note in the comments field advising us that you wish to have your order held. Order minimum of $10.00 before postage applies. · For additional orders placed—select the COMBINED postage method and include a note in the comments field advising us whether to ship OR whether you wish to add to your held order/s. Order minimum of $10.00 applies to each order placed.
We have no time limit on how long orders can be held.. We only apply additional postage charges if your order contains heavy items such as albums or bulky tools. All held orders must be paid for when they are placed as we do not hold stock without payment.

We are very excited to launch our BRAND NEW Mixed Media Kit Subscription program for 2012. Please read below for all the important details regarding our new kit and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions at all. WHAT YOU GET: There are 10 kits in 2012 - from February to November. Kits are shipped on the 1st Monday of every month starting with 6th February 2012. Kits include both product as well as access to view step by step examples using the kit. COST & PAYMENT: You can pay by the month OR pay for your entire kit program upfront and SAVE! 1. Pay by the month - You will be charged $44.00 + postage each month. Payment is due by the Friday before kits ship. You will be emailed in the week before shipping with a payment reminder. HOW to subscribe by the month? Add the monthly kit option to your cart and check out as normal - please select flat rate shipping method on checkout (or higher services if required - express, registered etc) 2. Pay annual - You will pay upfront at the time of ordering your subscription then no further payments will be required for the remainder of your kit subscription. A discount of 10% is provided for annual subscriptions which equates to one FREE KIT! HOW to subscribe annually? Add the annual kit option to your cart and check out as normal - please select flat rate shipping method on checkout. IMPORTANT NOTE for Annual subscriptions: Once your order is submitted, we will charge for the additional postage (9 months) required. If you have any questions regarding payment please contact us and we will be happy to help. ADDING OTHER ORDERS: You will be able to order any other items from the store and have them included in your kit shipment for no extra postage charge. REGARDING POSTAGE: If you have any other subscriptions through Blue Bazaar such as our Bazaar Kit or BasicGrey POTM or magazine subscriptions—we will always do our best to ensure your orders are combined for one postage fee. Our customer service priority is to SAVE you postage so we are always happy to hold and combine orders for you. BONUS: If you subscribe before 31st January, you will receive a FREE PROJECT TOTE Bag. Project Tote measures 9-1/2"x8-1/2"X5". There are three pockets on the front, two on the back and one on each end. Front, back and one end feature elastic cording through grommets which help support the items within the pockets. This tote will keep all of your mixed media supplies in one place throughout the year. The totes are pictured below. Please let us know in the comments field of your subscription order, the colour that you would like to receive - Black, Pink, Green or Blue. Please note we have limited numbers of each colour. Order early to receive your preferred colour. We will let you know if your preferred colour is not available so that you may choose from the available colours. UPDATE TO KIT PROGRAM: The response to our new Mixed Media kit for 2012 has been overwhelming and since launching the kit we have had to increase our numbers twice. We are now at the stage where our suppliers are not able to meet our stock requirements unless we give them advance notice. We plan to be able to provide kits for as many people who want to subscribe as well as have some excess kits left over for one off purchases. However due to stock shortages, this may mean you will be placed on a wait list until all stock can be supplied.
If you have any questions at all about the subscription program, please don't hesitate to email us.
We have had a number of inquiries about purchasing kits on a one off basis. If you would like to be placed on a list to be notified when excess kits are available for sale, please email us. Please note however, that being on the notification list does not guarantee you will receive a kit. |
