This week I couldn’t go past Kate’s name tag that I spotted in the gallery. This is the name tag that Kate used at the last ISC in Sydney.  If you ever need inspiration on how to make your own name tag for the conventions, look no further!

This week we have added only a few things to the store.  We are working up to the frenzy that is known as CHA next week when I spend many late nights submitting orders for all the new products being released.  We spend a lot of effort making sure our orders are put in early as possible. We already have both our Scrapworks and Chatterbox orders submitted.  We don’t offer pre-orders on regularly stocked items that come out of CHA. The reason we don’t do this is because we feel you should purchase the products where you can on the day you want them.  We also know it can be very frustrating waiting for stock to arrive, particularly if the manufacturer experiences their own delays. So in this instance we would prefer not to have your money tied up in promises, but instead wait until we can deliver what you want with certainty. If at any time you would like to know an expected delivery date for a particular item, please feel free to email us and we will do our best to give an accurate date.

We are getting ready for our big sale next week.  The sale begins Friday morning. One thing I wanted to do before the sale was to remind everyone to make sure the email address you have in your online account contains the correct email address.  Lately we have received a lot of email rejections from order confirmations.  This typically means you may have changed your email address since last shopping with us. To ensure you receive all necessary email communication from us you will need to change your details in 2 separate areas.  To update your information go to the main shopping page of the website.  Click on the link MY ACCOUNT which appears in the upper right hand corner.  You will then be presented with 2 options. Make sure both of those areas have your current details and then you are done.  I have included a screen snapshot below to show you the area you need to visit.

12 inch letter by Elizabeth Munro

Well everyone knows I spend lots of time at BB!! I wanted my "B" to reflect the reason why I love BB so much.

I painted the 12 inch letter with Jo Sonja's White Gesso and after it was dry I painted it with blue acrylic paint. I then covered the face of the letter in glue and adhered 7 Gypsies Adore Tissue Paper and Gold and white Diamond Tissue Paper.

I decorated the bottom half with buttons, Making Memories Petite Signage and Jelly Stickers, a Urban Lily Diecut Flower, KI Icecandy, a bottle top and a punchie (that I received in the last swap I was in at BB).

As a border I used Heidi Swapp Preppy Decorative Tape, Chipboard Book Plate, Li’l Davis Chipalpha Periwinkle Dot and a 7 Gypsies sticker with the date BB was established for good measure!

On the top half I've used KI Water Rings patterned paper scraps, 7 Gypsies Adore Gaffa Tape, KI Water Ribbon, Blue Stitched Ribbon and May Arts Blue Stitched Ribbon. I used Dimensional Magic to adhere everything to the papered surface.

The buttons are all different as we are.  With friendship, talking and caring we make BB the wonderful place it is.
