Monthly Mixed Media Challenge! |

A new challenge will be set on the Mixed Media Forum on the first day of each month and participants will have until the last day of the month to complete the challenge.
Participants may create mixed media projects of any type for the challenges. Examples of possible projects are ATCs, inchies, a canvas, journal page or shrine. Participants are encouraged to share the results of their projects by posting to the Mixed Media Gallery. This challenge is not about achieving a perfect end product, it is about the process.
Below is the challenge schedule:
Month 1: Pens/Markers—COMPLETED.

Month 3: Paint Due 31st July

Finally I got a chance to use the Scor-Pal when I made this accordion album to the left.
I cut 6 inches of cardstock, placed it on my Scor-Pal and then ran the Scor-Tool down the line markings where I wanted the folds to be. It was so easy to use and made the task of putting together this album a lot more fun! |

Aussie Scrap Source Challenge! |

All of the challenges have been suggested by fellow scrapbookers. While you are encouraged to meet the 5 criteria of each challenge, you are also able to use the challenges as ideas for inspiration. If you don’t meet ALL 5 criteria your layout still can qualify for prizes from Aussie Scrap Source. Make sure you read the posts on Aussie Scrap Source’s blog about the details of the challenge criteria.
We are also offering some nice incentives for those who participate in the challenges. Below is what you need to do to join in on the BB fun with this challenge:
1. Create your layout by the deadline set by Aussie Scrap Source for each challenge 2. Upload your layout to the GENERAL GALLERY category in the BB gallery with the text ASS Challenge in the subject title. 3. For your challenge layout uploaded by the deadline you will be awarded 2 points (points awarded on max one layout per challenge). Every point is worth $1.00 credit to spend in the Blue Bazaar store. 4. We are running the challenge on BB for 6 challenges. If you complete every challenge you will be awarded 12 points which is a $12.00 gift voucher to spend in BB.
As part of the BB challenge we are beginning the first challenge with CHALLENGE TWO as listed above. HOWEVER, if you do complete the CHALLENGE ONE layout by the deadline this Sunday 20th July, you will be awarded 5 bonus points to count towards your gift voucher.
