Monthly Mixed Media Challenge! |

A new challenge will be set on the Mixed Media Forum on the first day of each month and participants will have until the last day of the month to complete the challenge.
Participants may create mixed media projects of any type for the challenges. Examples of possible projects are ATCs, inchies, a canvas, journal page or shrine. Participants are encouraged to share the results of their projects by posting to the Mixed Media Gallery. This challenge is not about achieving a perfect end product, it is about the process.
Below is the challenge schedule:

Lisa Kaus Mixed Media pieces are sold in 2 different formats: Trinket House—Each one is constructed from a 3/4 inch wood base and is embellished with hand distressing, artful doodling and found objects such as vintage rulers, game pieces etc. An image is mounted in the centre piece on a 1/2 inch wood base. Mounted Mini print—each image print is mounted on a piece of wood. Shorter pieces are 4.5x4.5 inch and longer pieces are 4.5x6 inches. Each is attached with a wire to hand. Total length is about 11 inches including the wire.

In this online workshop Nathalie will show you different techniques on how to improve photos with distracting backgrounds. Nathalie will work with alcohol inks, acrylic paints, water-soluble crayons, LuminArte H2O Twinkling Colors etc.
With the versatile Prima Products in your workshop kit you will be able to create several stunning layouts using those "new" flattering photos. This workshop makes you eager to change backgrounds of your photos.
