A NOTE ABOUT HOLDING ORDERS: We offer the ability to hold orders, so that you may place orders each time you see new product arrive in the store, but do not want to pay multiple shipping amounts. New stock arrives every week so holding orders can mean you get to purchase the latest and greatest each week but only pay one postage amount to have your combined orders shipped. You may also wish to combine orders with a friend to save postage but order using your own separate accounts.
If you want your orders held/combined: · On your first order — select flat rate postage. Include a note in the comments field advising us that you wish to have your order held. Order minimum of $10.00 before postage applies. · For additional orders placed—select the COMBINED postage method and include a note in the comments field advising us whether to ship OR whether you wish to add to your held order/s. Order minimum of $10.00 applies to each order placed.
We have no time limit on how long orders can be held.. We only apply additional postage charges if your order contains heavy items such as albums or bulky tools. All held orders must be paid for when they are placed as we do not hold stock without payment.
